The Role
The People Operations & Experience role is to implement scalable systems and processes to supercharge our growth whilst enhancing employee experience. In one years’ time we will be doing everything on double the scale and this individual must be a systems-thinker to lay the building blocks to ensure our hyper-growth can be achieved. Reporting into our Head of People you will have a key part in reimagining our internal systems & processes, onboarding and optimising employee experience. You’ll love this opportunity if you’re excited about owning 1-10+ scaling challenges across people, operations and support as we enter our blitz scaling era!
What You’ll DoDesign and implement scalable processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Partner with people and talent team to prioritise strategic initiatives aligned with function and business goals.
Own and optimise the full HR stack, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to growth and compensation.
Build automations and tools that improve HR efficiency - leveraging Heidi’s internal AI capabilities.
Support the Head of People, People Partners in working with global partners (US, UK), helping local People Leads scale their markets effectively.
Partner with leadership to reinforce strategic objectives, team OKRs, and individual goals, maintaining strong tracking and alignment.
Continuously improve onboarding, documentation, and internal processes to enable fast, effective training for new hires.
