The People Specialist is a critical partner to our Manufacturing site in Claremont. Claremont is famous for manufacturing our Cadbury Dairy Milk Blocks - Australia's most iconic Chocolate brand! The factory employs over 450 staff and runs 24 hours a day. Claremont is the largest Cadbury factory in Australia AND the Southern Hemisphere.
Supporting our People Lead and the onsite People function, you will be excited to support workings across employment conditions, industrial agreements, and compliance with Fair Work Act and Regulations. You will collaborate with leaders to offer advice, support, and coaching to achieve organisational outcomes and embed best practices in line with our Enterprise Agreements.

- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, including award interpretation, enterprise agreements, and HR policies
- Experience in managing and providing advice on disciplinary matters, investigations and resolving disputes
- Experience facilitating classroom-style training to employees
- Experience writing HR processes and procedures
- Support to prepare for various audits as required
- Support to EBA negotiation cycle as required
With a desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Employee relations experience in a manufacturing or like environment is a must; 5+ years
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to alter style and approach to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Outstanding relationship-building, coaching and influencing skills to gain the confidence and cooperation of others
- Strong conflict resolution skills and a proven ability to remain calm under pressure
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources management or a related discipline
- Sound judgment and maturity to handle sensitive and complex matters competently.
