Role Outline
The Performance Coordinator - Programmatic is a foundation role, establishing operational excellence in a range of programmatic practices. You are responsible for supporting day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting.

You are highly analytical, have an acute attention to detail, and excited to work with market leading partners & technologies. Most importantly, you are passionate about deepening your knowledge of all aspects of the programmatic industry.

Programmatic Specialist

The scope of the Implementation & Activation team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, audience-first client outputs. Within the team, we have some team members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation, and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work, including programmatic operations.  

You have a drive and passion for all things digital and for delivering unrivalled tech, data & AI advantage to our clients.

Your role involves the development and application of specialist technical skills and requires an ongoing commitment to;

  • Keep pace with our fast-evolving digital and tech landscape

  • Examine audiences and explore advanced targeting opportunities
  • Strengthen your biddable media experience
  • Effective utilisation of self-serve platforms
  • Partner with the world’s largest platforms and tech providers

  • Exceptional attention to detail with patience to examine data to extract meaningful insights

  • Provide technical perspective in client meetings when specific Performance expertise is required
