We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Performance Executive with our awesome team in Sydney!

The role:

As a Performance Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class digital media activation across performance channels — including search, social, and programmatic platforms. Working closely with the Performance Director and wider team, you’ll help translate client briefs into strategic direction to create high-performing digital campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimise performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other key platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, GA4).
  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment to the media strategy and client goals.
  • Support with weekly and post-campaign reporting, extracting actionable insights, surfacing recommendations, and contributing to client WIPs.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and delivering against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign bookings, tagging, and tracking are in place for flawless execution.
  • Manage and resolve discrepancies, queries, and adjustments related to campaign delivery and invoicing.

A Bit About You

  • You’re passionate about performance media and have a working knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
  • You understand biddable channels and how they contribute to broader campaign and business objectives.
  • You’ve had experience with campaign implementation, pacing, optimisation, and reporting — and love working with data to tell a story.
  • You’re comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment and thrive on being organised and detail-oriented.
  • You’re proactive and collaborative — someone who builds strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and media partners.

What’s in it for you:

  • Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up
  • The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change
  • 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way
  • Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University

Become a champion for meaningful progress:

Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so. For us, this is the foundation for great innovation which, in turn, generates better outcomes for our people, partners and communities. This is why we encourage applications from people with disabilities, and of all ages, nationalities, backgrounds and cultures.

If you want to belong to a one global network where opportunities are limitless – we look forward to welcoming you.
