This is an exciting chance to provide high-level support to the Head of Nominal Insurer and the broader NSW workers compensation team. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless communication across the business. Your new role
Deliver proactive administrative support to the Head Of, ensuring alignment with departmental priorities and business plans.
Organise and manage internal and external meetings, while supporting broader team events such as town halls and planning days, including handling logistics, taking minutes, and tracking actions
Coordinate travel itineraries and handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain accurate filing systems and manage incoming correspondence promptly for easy accessibility.
Screen, prioritise, and redirect communications to ensure timely responses and effective stakeholder engagement.
About you
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous however not essential - transferable skills are equally valued
Highly organised with strong time management skills, able to prioritise competing tasks and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and quick to learn new systems, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to try new things, think creatively, and support broader team objectives.
Flexible and collaborative, keen to expand skills and contribute to the wider Workers Compensation function and People Risk team.
