The Opportunity
As a Pharma/Life Sciences & Med Device/Manufacturing QMS Consultant_Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role at PwC, you will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. This position offers the opportunity to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity in product development and manufacturing
- Identifying bottlenecks in product development lifecycles and proposing strategies to enhance speed to market
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and reduce costs
- Leveraging digital technologies to improve product quality and operational performance
- Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
- Managing project resources and guiding teams in the execution of product development initiatives
- Upholding compliance and standards within manufacturing processes and operations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide insights for business performance improvement
- Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
