Job Description

Join a high-performing enterprise PMO environment supporting a large-scale Telco delivery portfolio. We’re looking for an experienced ePMO Consultant to build and operationalise reporting, dashboarding, and commercial administration capabilities within a fast-paced transformation environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate independently, take ownership from day one, and deliver structured, executive-ready outcomes across reporting, invoicing, automation, and documentation.

  • Own end-to-end invoicing operations including timesheet reconciliation, rate validation, PO tracking, and invoice submissions
  • Build and configure Power BI dashboards covering portfolio financials, workforce metrics, RAID summaries, and delivery reporting
  • Develop Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and commercial administration processes
  • Produce high-quality PowerPoint process documentation and operational guides for executive and offshore handover
  • Maintain structured templates, registers, naming conventions, and SharePoint repositories aligned to ePMO governance standards
  • Deliver complete knowledge transfer and operational handover to offshore ePMO consultants by end of engagement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in PMO, commercial operations, BI/reporting, or ePMO environments
  • Strong Power BI dashboard development and data modelling capability
  • Experience with Power Automate workflow configuration
  • Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and Pivot Tables
  • Strong process documentation and executive presentation skills
  • Experience working within Telco or managed services environments highly regarded
  • Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics advantageous
