Location: This is a Sydney hybrid-based role with a blend of working from home & working on-site with clients.

About DiUS

DiUS is an Australian-owned technology services company with an excellent reputation as a trusted consulting partner. We’re a go-to company for helping organisations of all sizes improve their delivery practices, tackle hard engineering problems, modernise legacy applications, and design, build and deliver a new product to market.

We have a powerful ability to figure out the best path forward for each of our clients by drawing upon our broad range of deep and specialist capabilities: software engineering, experience design, data and analytics, machine learning and the internet of things. We look ahead to identify trends in technology, practices and approaches that will have an outsized impact on how technology products are built and delivered.

This makes us a great place for those who love tech, are inspired by learning, and who thrive through constant variety. A place where you’ll be surrounded by growth and opportunity. A place where you’ll have fun and be celebrated. A place where you’ll become the best version of yourself: a DiUS Navigator. We truly value our people and nurture an inclusive environment which has seen us close the gender pay gap, and be recognised as #7 best workplace on the Best Workplaces – Technology list for 2024 by Great Places to Work Australia.

About the role

We are looking for full stack / polyglot software engineers who have ideally worked in consulting environments or worked across projects, and gained experience in understanding requirements, problem discovery, contributing to solutions and outcomes, actively participating in agile practices, talking with stakeholders, and involved in delivering brilliant outcomes for our clients.

As a DiUS Senior Software Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a difference and make an impact across multiple products and clients. You'll be a key contributor working with a DiUS team to partner with our team clients and help them build bespoke products and solutions, getting the most of their technology landscape, and leaving them in a better place. While this role is very much about systems and coding, it's also about developing the skills to ask the right questions, having good practices, developing relationships and collaborating on the bigger picture. You’ll also represent the DiUS brand internally and externally, positioning DiUS teammates as experts to the client.
