About ACEREZ
ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.
The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.

About the Role
Our Central-West Orana project is currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Warehouse Administrator to share their expertise within our growing team.
In this role, you will focus on a upload of Packing List and detail within a Warehouse Management system plus support the Logistics team in various aspects of project activity..
Tasks include managing of document processing into a paperless warehouse management system, coordinating meetings and appointments, and providing general support to streamline day-to-day operations of the Logistics Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and report de stuffing, yard/ warehousing and pre transport activities on behalf of project
- Issue damage reports and updates with Project Teams
- Capture QA Images and reports
- Communicate with transport providers and internal teams to manage schedules and address transport-related issues.
- Prepare reports on cargo movements and deliveries.
- Coordinate on the ground and in office Transport Contractors including receivals, warehousing and deliveries
Required Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience in the freight forwarding, supply chain, and logistics, supply chain industry is required.
- Experience in handling Import Sea freight, warehouse operations, and cartage.
- Experience working with various transport providers.
- Ability to engage Transport Contractors and manage positive change
- Knowledge of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) regulations, including load securing and compliance (non-essential)
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment, including forklifts and transport vehicles include interaction.
- A positive, "can-do" team approach attitude, energetic, communicative and personable approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.
