Edelman Australia are looking for an Account Manager to join our Brand team and help deliver bold, creative campaigns for some of the world’s most exciting consumer brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling that moves people and shapes culture.

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring integrated campaigns across creative, social, influencer, and digital channels are delivered seamlessly and with measurable impact. You’ll bring strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to counsel clients while supporting senior leaders and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
•Lead project execution across creative, social, influencer, and digital campaigns.
•Ensure all work is on brief, on budget, and delivered to the highest standard.
•Provide strategic input and insights that add value to client programs.
•Support senior leaders in driving account growth and new opportunities.
•Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and succeed.
•Contribute to Edelman’s culture of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.

Qualifications

•4-6 years’ experience in brand communications, PR, or integrated marketing.
•Proven track record in delivering successful consumer campaigns.
•Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent client relationship and presentation skills.
•Solid understanding of media, influencer, and digital landscapes.
•Ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines.
•Passion for culture, creativity, and driving meaningful impact for brands.
