The Role

You will be the technical heart of our sales team, We are looking for a driven and ambitious Pre-sales Consultant to deliver the InfoTrack AML/CTF product suite to both existing and new clients alongside the sales team, to help them overachieve on delivery sales targets, promote great client service and build long-term binding relationships.


About you

You are a driven and adaptable professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, regulation, and client outcomes. Whether engaging with legal, conveyancing, or compliance-focused clients, you build credibility quickly and communicate with confidence. You bring a consultative approach, a strong service ethic, and a commercial mindset, enabling you to deliver tailored solutions while building trusted, long-term relationships.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Being the Subject matter expert; provide resource for the sales team. Keep up to date on all AML/CTF legislation and proactively educate as needed.
  • Identify and secure new AML/CTF clients alongside the sales team
  • Meet and exceed Top 5 Targets;
  • Provide clients with implementation plans, training and ongoing account management


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • A knowledge in AML/CTF and/or prior experience in Legal and Conveyancing industry will be looked on favourably.
  • Excellent presentation, phone manner and communication skills (must).
  • Exceptional grammar and writing skills (must).
  • Great team player, a passion and desire to make a difference.
  • Proactive initiative and ability to work autonomously.
  • Tertiary education.
  • Unrestricted Driver’s License
