You're the consultant who's just as comfortable whiteboarding a process in front of a client as you are building an estimate a delivery team can actually stand behind. In this role, you own solution engineering and technical pre-sales across J4RVIS's full pipeline, turning sales conversations into scoped, deliverable, accurately priced solutions.

Why This Role Exists
Deals fall over when what's proposed doesn't match what delivery can actually build. This role exists to close that gap: pulling in the right Service Line Director early enough that every solution is grounded in reality, and owning the connective work (enablement content, demo assets, a clean handoff from signed deal to delivery kickoff) that makes our sales motion repeatable. You'll use AI-enabled tools to accelerate solution design, scoping, and estimation, keeping sales and delivery honest with each other.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Translating client requirements from discovery and demos into workable solution designs, technical scope, and effort estimates
  • Partnering with Account Partners and Account Executives on proposals, demos, RFP responses, and commercial discussions
  • Owning the sales-to-delivery handoff, ensuring scope, assumptions, pricing, and technical detail transfer cleanly into the Statement of Work
  • Coordinating with Service Line Directors, bringing in the right specialist input at the right stage of each pursuit
  • Building the business case and benefit analysis that supports client sign-off
  • Managing J4RVIS's participation in structured vendor RFP and RFI processes
  • Designing and delivering demos and proofs of concept, and building the playbooks and solutioning tools that make technical pre-sales consistent across the team


What We're Looking For
Must-have:

  • Experienced technology or management consultant with a track record of identifying business problems and delivering solutions that drive value, growth, and performance
  • Proven record delivering mid-to-large digital transformation projects, specialising in Lead-to-Cash process automation and internal sales enablement
  • Demonstrated experience across the full pre-sales-to-delivery lifecycle, from benefit case analysis through to post-production support
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Comfortable working a high volume of concurrent opportunities without losing rigour on scope or estimate quality
  • Solution design, scoping, and AI-enabled solutioning skills; strong commercial acumen and proposal writing ability


Nice-to-have:

  • Experience across other J4RVIS partner ecosystems (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud, MuleSoft, Anthropic, or equivalent)
  • Solution architecture or platform certifications (Salesforce Architect or Consultant, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
