The On Premise Consumer Marketing Intern (OPCMI) is a national role supporting the execution of premium, engaging, and consistent consumer marketing strategies across venues and events. With a focus on driving brand loyalty, increasing visibility, and ultimately boosting volume, the OPCMI works closely with the On Premise Consumer Marketing Manager to contribute across large-scale national projects, On Premise events, and key marketing initiatives (Occasions, Local Moments & Portfolio). With a passion for creativity and innovation, the OPCMI embraces bold, uncharted ideas to shape the future of On Premise marketing—capturing the attention of new 18-24 consumers and solidifying Red Bull’s leadership in the space.

Job Description

"LIVING" THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE

  • Embodies the Red Bull culture - creating a community of “kindred spirits"
  • Serves as a genuine brand ambassador both internally and externally
  • Monitors image standards, maintaining Red Bull’s premium brand value
  • Promotes a safety-conscious culture by adhering to Work, Health, and Safety requirements and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks

SUPPORT DRIVING IMPACT AT RED BULL OWNED ON PREMISE EVENTS

  • Support the end-to-end project management of Red Bull-owned On Premise events, ensuring impactful, on-brand activations that meet KPIs, timelines, and budgets
  • Assist in executing the Marketing Festival Framework Strategy across key festivals, ensuring a 360° consumer impact approach that includes Consumer Engagement, Red Bull Asset Integration, Field Marketing, Red Bull Media Network, and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the Global Team, Field Marketing, and Senior Leadership Team, to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Assist in identifying partnership income opportunities to enhance event impact and value
  • Aid in post-event reporting by compiling key learnings, insights, and performance metrics to share with stakeholders

DRIVE CONSUMER IMPACT ACROSS BROADER MARKETING ACTIVITY & PROJECT TEAMS 

  • Assist in driving Red Bull’s relevance across the six key occasions—Party, Socialising, Festivals, Work, Study, and Active Lifestyle
  • Ensure best-in-class On Premise execution at Red Bull events, aligning with On Premise marketing objectives
  • Assist in planning and executing after-party events for key Red Bull experiences
  • Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives with partners to amplify On Premise impact and consumer engagement

FOSTER A CONSUMER MARKETING MINDSET WITHIN THE NATIONAL ON PREMISE TEAM

  • Contribute to conference decks and sessions for Field Teams, sharing past activities and mentoring for future initiatives
  • Provide ad hoc support to enhance team skills, ensuring effective application of consumer marketing strategies


OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & KNOWLEDGE SHARING

  • Conduct monthly trade visits and share key insights with the team
  • Share updates on consumer marketing initiatives via the On Premise Hub
  • Support end-of-month reporting to highlight key learnings and successes
  • Assist with financial processes, including PO creation

Qualifications

  • Completed tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication & listening skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A team player with a customer-service focus
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, be proactive and take initiative to complete tasks on time and as shown
  • Social media and digital awareness with knowledge of content trends and strategies
