About The Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated administrative coordinator or assistant to join our Premises & Procurement team in Sydney on a part-time, 3 day per week basis.

This role will support the national Premises & Procurement team with the coordination of premises activities and projects, procurement processes, travel booking coordination and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the premises and facilities team with project management of fit-outs, building related facilities issues and contractor management

  • Assist the Senior Procurement Adviser with our procurement system workflow and user on-boarding process, user enquiries and administration

  • Processing client and contractor invoices and expenses

  • Diary management and coordinating travel bookings and arrangements

  • General administrative tasks including filing, reporting and data entry.

Position Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • Initiative and proactivity

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) as well as Adobe Acrobat

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

  • Prior experience in a corporate office environment would be preferred, but is not essential.
