What this opportunity involves:

Join JLL as a Pricing Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping winning commercial solutions for our clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative pricing strategies for new business pursuits, expansions, and renewals in integrated facilities management and multi-service line engagement

This is an opportunity to combine analytical expertise with strategic thinking as you build sophistical pricing models, drive commercial excellence, and help us deliver compelling value propositions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support pricing strategies and approaches for single or major bids within Australia and New Zealand, with opportunities to support wider Asia Pacific pursuits
  • Build price models and responses for customer proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Supply & Procurement
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support data-driven pricing decisions and provide accurate, timely recommendations
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and profitability modeling to support strategic pricing decisions and ensure commercial viability
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders with clarity and commercial insight
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by thinking innovatively and deploying new processes and tools to enhance pricing capabilities
  • Manage due diligence and baselining activities where required to ensure robust commercial foundations
  • Shape commercial models and complete related client deliverables while continually improving business and financial modelling tools

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business discipline
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to collect, organize, and analyse large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel combined with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, cost modeling, and pricing strategy development
  • Experience in pricing and commercial modelling, ideally within the commercial real estate or facilities management industry but not essential (1-3 years preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI will be highly favourable
  • High-level system skills and commercial acumen with the ability to work across multiple platforms and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear recommendations for stakeholders
