The opportunity
As a Pricing Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for executing pricing changes across multiple rating platforms, bringing hands‑on experience in pricing implementation and testing. Operating within the broader Pricing team, you will work closely with Pricing, Product, IT, and Operations to implement and manage price changes across consumer, business, and negotiated portfolios, ensuring changes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with governance requirements.

Your new role
In this role you will have hands‑on exposure to pricing execution, supporting the accurate testing and delivery of price changes into market. A day in the role seems like this:
- Support the end‑to‑end implementation of pricing changes, from planning through to production deployment
- Track pricing activity and maintain accurate records across pricing databases and implementation plans
- Execute automated and manual testing to validate pricing outcomes using established frameworks
- Develop and document test scenarios, inputs, outputs and variances for assigned price changes
- Ensure pricing changes comply with governance, approval and sign‑off requirements, escalating issues where needed
- Work closely with Pricing, Product, IT and Operations to support timely delivery and continuous improvement of pricing execution
About you
You’ll bring a strong foundation in pricing implementation, testing or system change environments, with the ability to work accurately within governance frameworks and collaborate effectively across Pricing, Product, IT and Operations. This role suits someone who enjoys detail, structured processes and building capability in pricing systems.
- Experience in general insurance or financial services, with exposure to pricing testing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes, controls and governance requirements
- Analytical capability to interpret data, validate outcomes and identify discrepancies or risks
- Experience supporting system changes, pricing deployments or implementations
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with testing or automation tools and pricing platforms (such as Earnix) is desirable, with willingness to develop further
