About Fetch

Fetch is how modern pet parents give their pets the best care 🐶🐱. One pink app 🩷 for insurance, health, and care – easy, fair, and kinda fun. Fresh off our Series A, loved by customers, and growing fast, we’re now hiring a brilliant Pricing Specialist to help us scale smarter and faster.

About you

You’re top of your class, and you’ve got a background in actuarial science, computer science, or applied maths.

You're endlessly curious. You question assumptions, challenge the norm, and find smarter ways to price. And you’ve got the judgement to make tradeoff’s between risk, fairness and commercial outcomes.

You’re obsessed with data, reconcile everything and you always question why, getting the most value out of every data point.

You've spent 3–5 years in pricing, actuarial, or analytics roles- ideally within personal insurance. SQL and Python are second nature.

Bonus points if you've worked with unstructured data or just really love pets 🐶🐱.

Your role

🔍 Turn data into fresh insights and smart pricing decisions

💡 Help set Fetch’s prices across the board – collaborating with product, growth, ops, and engineering

🚀 Own the full pricing lifecycle from concept to test and launch and ongoing optimisation

📈 Build and run monitoring tools and feedback loops that keep us learning fast

🗣️ Be the voice of pricing in cross function initiatives whilst protecting our rating integrity
