About the role .
We are excited to announce a newly created opportunity for a Pricing Supervisor to elevate our pricing capability and support strategic commercial outcomes. This full-time position is based at our Melbourne office and will report directly to the Senior Pricing and Revenue Manager within our Sales & Commercial team.
As Pricing Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of shaping pricing strategies that drive our business performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling informed decision-making and achieving financial objectives. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, partnering with key stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Finance, Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain to deliver impactful results.
What you'll be doing
  • Build and maintain pricing models, financial P/Ls, and tools to provide financial insights and support in the decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute pricing strategy.
  • Maintaining SAP pricing when required and support sales team with inquiries.
  • Deliver monthly reporting and commentary on pricing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
  • Champion pricing process improvements

What you'll need to be successful
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field desirable.
  • 5+ years' experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance roles.
  • Sound understanding of pricing principles, margin, and profitability analysis Strong
  • Attention to detail and highly analytical with the confidence to influence decisions.
  • Possess a positive can-do attitude.
  • Intermediate skills in MS excel, Power BI or other data visualisation tool such as Tableau.
