Principal Consultant (OutSystems)

• Build Versent's OutSystems Capability from the Ground Up

We're looking for an experienced Principal Consultant (OutSystems) to lead and grow our OutSystems capability at Versent.
This is a unique opportunity to combine presales, architecture, delivery and practice leadership in a role where you'll shape strategy, win new opportunities, and deliver exceptional outcomes for enterprise customers.
As the technical face of OutSystems at Versent, you'll work directly with clients to run discovery workshops, design solutions, support proposals and lead delivery from architecture through to production. You'll also play a key role in building the capability, creating delivery frameworks, mentoring future hires, and strengthening our partnership with OutSystems.
What You'll Bring

• 8+ years in enterprise application delivery

• 4+ years of hands-on OutSystems experience (ODC and/or O11)

• Experience leading architecture and delivery for large-scale enterprise solutions

• Strong presales experience, including workshops, solution design, estimation and proposal development

• Deep knowledge of OutSystems architecture, governance, integration patterns and best practices

• OutSystems Professional or Expert certification

• The confidence to engage with technical teams, business leaders and C-level stakeholders
