Job Description

Principal Oracle Solution Architect

Enterprise Oracle Cloud ERP | Multi-Pillar | Strategic Leadership

Are you the architect trusted to shape the most complex Oracle Cloud transformations?

We are seeking a Principal Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of large-scale, enterprise Oracle Cloud programmes. This is a pivotal leadership role — combining deep Oracle expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence at C-Suite level.

You will not simply design solutions.
You will define them, defend them, and ensure they deliver measurable business value.

The Role

As Principal Oracle Solution Architect, you will own the end-to-end solution vision across Finance, HCM, Procurement, PPM and EPM — ensuring a coherent, scalable and strategically aligned architecture.

You will:

  • Lead the design of complex Oracle Cloud ERP solutions aligned to business strategy
  • Shape multi-pillar Finance & HCM programmes in a Solution Lead capacity
  • Provide architectural governance across Data Migration, Integration (OIC), and Reporting (OTBI, OAC, FDI)
  • Chair and influence Design Authority discussions, advising on risk, impact and strategic direction
  • Engage confidently with CIOs, CFOs and senior stakeholders
  • Support pre-sales through solution design, estimations and compelling client demonstrations
  • Mentor senior consultants and elevate architectural capability across the practice
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, positioning Oracle innovation and thought leadership

This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity and brings clarity, authority and structure to enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

You will have:

  • Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, with strong cross-pillar knowledge of HCM, Procurement, PPM and EPM
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-stream programmes in a Solution Architect or Solution Lead capacity
  • Strong understanding of Oracle integration and reporting architecture (OIC, OAC, OTBI, FDI)
  • Experience designing coherent end-to-end solutions across applications, data, reporting and integrations
  • Background across Central Government, Financial Services or Local Government environments advantageous
  • Oracle eBS Finance experience beneficial
  • Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials/ERP preferred; broader certifications welcomed)
  • Commercial acumen — able to understand business cases, drive value realisation and balance delivery with strategic outcomes

Above all, we’re looking for gravitas.

Someone who can articulate complex solutions simply, lead confidently in challenging situations, and inspire high-performing teams.

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to operate at the highest level of Oracle Cloud delivery:

  • Influence enterprise architecture on complex, large-scale programmes
  • Engage directly with executive stakeholders
  • Shape solution standards and governance frameworks
  • Drive innovation across Finance and HR transformations
  • Play a visible leadership role within a high-growth Oracle practice

If you are ready to step into a true Principal position — where your expertise shapes strategy, not just systems — we would love to speak with you.

Make your next move your most influential one.
