Why this role exists

It’s an exciting time to join Wisr, as we are going through rapid growth and transformation. There is an opportunity for  a Principal Growth Product Manager who can strategically and tactically optimise customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value across our owned and partner channels. You’ll lead a dedicated newly-created growth squad, manage key API and partner integrations, and blend deep data-driven thinking with hands-on experimentation and execution.

This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of product strategy and growth marketing, working closely with the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Innovation Officer to drive business growth

What you’ll do

Growth Strategy and Vision
• Develop, communicate, and execute a clear growth product strategy focused on acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Own annual and quarterly growth planning, aligning closely with Wisr’s overall company goals and product vision.

Optimise & Execute
• Lead and manage a dedicated growth squad, including engineers, to optimise Wisr’s end-to-end customer funnel across owned and third-party channels.
• Run rigorous, data-backed experiments to continuously improve conversion rates, funnel efficiency, customer onboarding, and retention.
• Establish, implement, and scale growth systems to drive sustainable customer acquisition and increase customer lifetime value e.g. referral programs, loyalty, rewards, and cross-sell.

API & Integration Management
• Oversee the development and enhancement of Wisr’s API integrations, driving seamless partner experiences and improving platform reach.
• Work directly with third-party partners, affiliates, and brokers to maximise acquisition and conversion performance.

Collaboration & Leadership
• Closely collaborate with Marketing, Design, Data, Operations and Engineering teams, leveraging combined capabilities to execute impactful growth tactics.
• Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and shared accountability for results.

Data-Driven Decision Making
• Own and evolve Wisr’s growth analytics stack, leveraging tools such as Amplitude and Mixpanel to deliver deep insights into user behaviour and performance metrics.
• Use experimentation frameworks (A/B/N testing) to inform growth strategies and product enhancements.

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of growth or product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically leading growth initiatives within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech companies.
• Proven expertise in customer acquisition, funnel optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and increasing LTV through data-driven experimentation.
• Hands-on experience integrating products with external APIs, partners, and third-party platforms.
• High level of proficiency with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel), experimentation methodologies, SQL querying, and quantitative analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; able to quickly translate complex data insights into actionable growth tactics.
• Excellent communicator, capable of clearly articulating insights, results, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Prior experience collaborating across Product, Growth, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
• Experience in lending, financial services, or regulated environments strongly preferred.

• Acquisition and Conversion Optimisation
Continuous improvement of customer acquisition efficiency, funnel conversion rates, and onboarding experiences.
• Enhanced LTV and Retention
Measurable improvement in customer lifetime value through targeted experiments and retention strategies.
• Successful API & Partner Integrations
Robust, scalable, and performant integrations with third-party partners, directly contributing to customer growth and platform adoption.
• Data-Driven Growth Culture
Established practices of rigorous experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement across all growth initiatives.
