We’re seeking a Principal SAP Consultant – Materials Management (MM) / Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our growing team. This is a senior role for someone with a proven track record of SAP project delivery, not a step-up opportunity. You'll lead critical project phases, mentor a small team, and work directly with customers to deliver outstanding projects.
This is a hybrid role open to candidates anywhere in Australia, with occasional travel to customer sites during key project deliverables such as workshops or go-lives.
What you’ll be doingLead the design, delivery and implementation of complex, integrated configurations across Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), on greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA Cloud projects
Own end-to-end project responsibilities: requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare
Provide leadership and day-to-day mentoring to junior consultants, ensuring quality and capability uplift
Act as a subject matter expert on business processes with customers to define and align business requirements and processes with SAP best practices
Ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Sales & Distribution (SD), Transport Management (TM), and Asset Management (EAM)
Support project governance by contributing to planning, resourcing, and client updates
Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on expert for clients during critical delivery phases
7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with deep domain knowledge in Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
Demonstrated experience leading SAP implementation projects, with a focus on delivery excellence
Strong mentoring and leadership skills — able to guide less experienced team members
Consulting background with exposure to multiple industries and client environments
Expert with SAP S/4HANA, especially public cloud implementations
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel for major project milestones
