The Opportunity

We are looking for a technically minded and delivery driven Principal Structural Engineer  to join our diverse team of highly regarded professionals in Sydney.  With an emphasis on excellence, you will work with a team of engineers across a portfolio of exciting and challenging Transport projects. You will play a critical role in the management and delivery of complex projects whilst offering technical advice internally and externally. The role requires input into Business Development activities with existing and new clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, or aligned discipline
  • Ability to show leadership and take responsibility for projects from inception to completion
  • Polished communication skills with the ability to navigate project issues
  • Transport focussed project experience
  • Strong management and guidance of design teams
  • Ability to resource, plan and execute complex programs
  • Actively utilize networks and industry events to increase KBR’s brand in the market
