Job Description

Step into a dynamic role within our Digital Operations team where you will support the rollout of new platform and media integrations while optimising existing workflows across Nine’s thriving digital ecosystem!

Working closely with the Technical Integration & Compliance Lead, you will drive project delivery, foster strong internal stakeholder relationships, and innovate team processes within an evolving digital media landscape.

Day to day you will:

  • Stay informed on automation advances and digital regulatory standards to apply best practices across workstreams.

Qualifications

We are seeking a tenacious self-starter with an inherent curiosity and a strong dedication to service. Approaching challenges with an honest and creative mindset, you will identify bottlenecks, foster innovation, and comfortably propose new ideas while remaining receptive to constructive feedback. As a proactive, forward thinker, you have the autonomy to align your initiatives with team priorities and stay ahead of the curve in automation and operational advances.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in digital advertising or a similar environment within a project coordinator or scheduler role.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex updates clearly.
  • High tech literacy across Microsoft, G Suite, and workflow management tools, with practical experience using AI tools for operational efficiency.
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, continuous curiosity, and experience managing project tracking or data management tools.
  • Relevant qualifications or practical background in drafting SOPs and navigating modern ad tech systems.
