We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Process Lead reporting to Senior Manager Process Improvement.
A bit about your role
The Process Lead role at nbn involves leading process design, analyzing complex business processes, and identifying inefficiencies that hinder corporate goals. Responsibilities include end-to-end process management, process mapping, performance data analysis, and content development to meet business requirements. The role also involves implementing approved process improvements using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, and monitoring process performance to ensure alignment with nbn's strategy. Daily tasks include collaborating with SMEs, facilitating workshops, and presenting solutions.
The Process Lead is a key member of the Operations community, sharing knowledge and standardizing practices. Key accountabilities include leading process design, managing stakeholders, driving improvement initiatives, analyzing practices for optimization, and contributing to community wellbeing.
A bit about you
The role requires over extensive experience in process design, analysis, optimization, and development in a technical environment, with expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. It demands experience in project management principles, telecommunication infrastructure projects, and proficiency with analytics tools like Pareto analysis and statistical process control charts.
The candidate should be skilled in using process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio, BPMN, eTOM), working with multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with outstanding communication skills, is required.
