We have an excellent opportunity available for a Procure to Pay "PTP" Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. PTP Analyst lies within the Finance Controllership and is based in our Akmerkez Office. The PTP analyst role acts as the bridge between the procurement department and financial controllership. You'll be working in a high-performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Accounts Payable Operations Executive in Turkey.

In brief- you will be responsible for
- Loading new contracts in SAP once approved in ARIBA
- Keeping the contracts' prices/quantities up to date in SAP
- Informing the procurement team on a regular basis when the supplier contracts are about to expire
- Closing old contracts already over or completed/keeping SAP data clean
- Checking blocked invoices due to price mismatch between invoice/PO and flagging it to the procurement team to take action on it
- Being the main local contact for Master data changes and coordinating/managing master data requests with a global team
- Overviewing the employee expenses from Workday which is an automated process
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in the finance area
- A strong command of English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
