This role involves managing vendors, defining work scopes, setting maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance.

About the role: 

As a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and management of procurement and supply chain functions. This includes ensuring high-quality procurement of property and facilities management goods, materials, and services. Your role focuses on achieving cost efficiency, timely service delivery, and compliance with contractual obligations while fostering strong vendor relationships. You will also be involved in defining scopes of work, establishing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with company requirements.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

  • 5-10 years of facilities management, operations management, contract management or procurement experience, ideally within property or facilities management.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement strategies and contract law.

  • Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated quality orientation and attention to detail.

  • Effective teamwork skills based on a collaborative approach.
