About the team and role:

eBay is redefining the future of commerce with eBay Live, a dynamic, interactive livestream shopping experience that brings buyers and sellers together in real time. Through livestream, sellers can showcase products, build trust, and connect authentically with audiences. eBay Live is the next evolution of ecommerce, blending entertainment and shopping in a format that’s engaging, immediate, and community-driven. We’re looking for a Producer to help shape the next generation of live shopping events on eBay Live. You’ll own the planning, production, and execution of livestream shows — from creative brief through post-event analysis.

This role sits at the center of storytelling, production, and operations. You’ll collaborate across Programming, Category, Marketing, and Live Ops to ensure every live event runs seamlessly, delivers strong performance, and engages buyers authentically.

What you will accomplish:

  • Reporting to the Senior Programming Lead, to lead end-to-end production of live shopping events — from pre-show setup to post-show review.
     

  • Manage run-of-show development, creative briefs, and host/seller alignment.
     

  • Partner with Marketing and Programming to ensure each event fits brand and business goals.
     

  • Support on-set and remote live productions, ensuring smooth execution and broadcast quality.
     

  • Analyze performance data (GMV, engagement, watch time) to inform creative and operational improvements.
     

  • Document playbooks and repeatable workflows for scale.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree related field preferred.
     

  • 5+ years of experience in live production, event management, or digital content creation.
     

  • Deep understanding of live streaming platforms, studio setups, and broadcast workflows.
     

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
     

  • Creative thinker with a love for storytelling and commerce.
     

  • Comfortable collaborating with sellers, creators, and cross-functional teams.
     

  • Passionate about live shopping, culture, and innovation..
