Akcelo is an independent Brand Experience agency delivering powerful brand moments that people love. We fuse creativity with experience design to solve business problems, unlock white-space opportunities and transform customer experiences for some of the world’s most iconic brands.

We are looking for a Producer to join our team who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale experiential and event projects for local and global clients. This role will lead projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring creative intent is realised within agreed budgets, timelines and production standards.

You’ll partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Design, Technical and the wider Production teams to ensure every project hits the brief, lands on budget, and sets new benchmarks.

What your day-to-day might look like

  • Lead the planning and delivery of assigned projects from concept to completion
  • Manage project budgets, including scoping, forecasting, supplier payments and reconciliation
  • Act as the primary day-to-day client contact on projects
  • Support pitch and concept development alongside Creative and Strategy teams, ensuring feasibility and budget alignment
  • Drive production timelines across creative, design, technical and build phases
  • Source, brief and manage suppliers, contractors and partners
  • Lead onsite delivery, including crew, contractors, talent and temporary staff
  • Oversee workplace health and safety, including risk assessments, and onsite inductions
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining clear communication and documentation
  • Support and mentor Associate Producers as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiencies

To thrive in this role, you’ll need

  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Collaborative and team-focused approach
  • Proven production expertise across live events and experiential projects
  • Strong financial and reporting capability

Who we are

  • We are givers, not takers. We show up for our teams and clients.
  • We are collaborators at heart. We believe the best work happens together – with that in mind, this role is a minimum 4-days in-office commitment.
  • We love ideas. Imagination and pioneering into the unknown fuels everything for us and a good idea can come from anywhere.
  • We act with empathy. People are first, always.
  • We have a beginner’s mindset. It’s important we stay curious and keep learning.
  • We are energy bringers. Positivity is performance.
  • We are hungry. We have high standards and chase better, always.
  • We are solution-focused. Problems are possibilities.
  • We are improvisers. We pivot, adapt, create and move fast.
  • We love what we do. Passion is our unfair advantage
