Job DescriptionWhat you’ll actually do
- Dig into Oracle Financials - payables, receivables, GL, fixed assets, tax - and design solutions that make life easier for our customers
- Be the voice of the customer: analyse support cases, replicate issues, own complex escalations through to resolution
- Write specs, test scripts and user guides that raise the bar for the whole team
- Collaborate with developers and pre-sales to get great product shipped
- Help migrate our suite to a new platform - with genuine scope to grow beyond Oracle
- Bring a forward-thinking mindset to AI-assisted workflows and modern tooling
What we’re looking for
You’ll need:
- 3+ years in a functional analyst, finance systems, support, implementation or consulting role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, tax) in a major ERP environment
- Hands-on Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP Financials experience
- A sharp analytical mind - you break problems apart, see patterns, find the root cause
- Clear written and verbal communication - you explain complex things simply
- Customer-first attitude and the ability to own issues through to resolution
Nice to have:
- Oracle Financials certification or accounting qualification
- Some SQL understanding
- Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools or Excel macros/VBA
