Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst for one of our most innovative dating products. 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Evaluating the impact of changes on the product: designing experiments (determining test duration, achievability of results), preparing analytical requirements for the technical task, evaluating the impact of changes using A/B tests and Causal Inference methods, updating documentation on experiments (statuses and results).
  • Assisting in generating, prioritizing, validating, and evaluating hypotheses ('what if…?').
  • Identifying the reasons for anomalies and deviations in key metrics, signaling existing issues on the product.
  • Identifying growth points and proposing hypotheses for improving key product metrics.
  • Maintaining product dashboards.

      We expect from you:

      • At least 4 years of professional experience in analytics, with at least 2 years of specializing in product analytics
      • Strong knowledge in mathematical statistics: A/B tests, alternative tests, area of statistical application / increasing test sensitivity / etc.
      • Experience with Python/ML: data processing poses no difficulties for you (API/parsing) / building regression models / segmentation / clustering
      • Experience with SQL: understanding how to optimize queries / procedures / views
      • Understanding of product and marketing metrics: LTV, CPA, retention, conversions, etc.
      • Experience working with any BI tool (Superset, Tableau, PowerBI)

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
