We are currently on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned Product and Performance Marketing Manager.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the central point of contact for the product portfolio’s performance, closely monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our acquisition channels.

Our ideal candidate will boast a solid background in paid media agencies (covering paid social, search, and display), possess extensive expertise in acquisition and activation funnels, and demonstrate proficiency in go-to-market strategies. You’ll have a proven track record of managing campaign budgets effectively, facilitating constructive discussions with the team on campaign performance, and devising solutions to overcome challenges.

What you’ll do 

  • Monitor and Evaluate product portfolio performance (acquisition)
  • Develop go-to-market and distribution strategies.
  • Lead marketing campaigns to drive awareness and growth.
  • Define omnichannel strategies across digital and offline.
  • Align internal teams and present insights to senior leaders.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Own key product optimisations and outcomes (e.g. acquisition, engagement).
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with COE teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with agencies to deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Define customer personas and tailor customer journeys.

What we’re looking for 

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance and Product Marketing (agency background is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels and performance metrics from awareness through to conversion.
  • Propensity models & fluent with customer data & data driven decision making
  • Extensive knowledge in acquisition and activation funnels
  • Experience leading customer segmentation and personalisation strategies  
  • Experience working with Customer & Intelligence functions (analytics & targeting)
  • Proven governance experience
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build excellent relationships Understanding of test-and-learn frameworks, propensity tools, and segment marketing
  • Customer-centric mindset—simplifying experiences for customers
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Financial services or banking experience (nice to have)
  • Understanding of Retail Banking and Portfolio dynamics (nice to have)
