Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Business Analyst to act as the key link between stakeholders, business requirements and technical delivery. In this role, you will gather and interpret data, analyse business processes, and translate findings into precise functional requirements that guide product development. Your expertise will ensure Hapana’s products align with user needs, operate efficiently at scale, and deliver measurable business value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions, and support the successful implementation of high-quality product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with users to capture, analyse, and document business requirements that shape Hapana’s product vision.
  • Evaluate and refine business processes, recommending best practices and system enhancements to improve outcomes.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation to guide design and development.
  • Lead project planning and delivery using agile methodologies—managing scope, timelines, resources, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Act as a key escalation point for product-related issues, working with Customer Success and stakeholders to drive resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring effective API use and integration across Hapana’s ecosystem.
  • Monitor product performance, advocate for impactful improvements, and balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and deliver sessions to support adoption and empower teams.
  • Serve as a central knowledge source, providing guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system documentation.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and technical product considerations is an advantage.
