About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Coordinator to join our Enterprise Product Management team and support the ongoing delivery and operations of a national client collaboration platform used across BDO Australia.
This is a coordination-focused role that supports the product team with administration, communication, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll help track tasks, maintain content, prepare materials for workshops or releases, and assist with internal communications. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager, change and training teams, and key stakeholders to help keep the team organised and aligned.
You’ll be part of a supporting and collaborative team, with flexibility to work from home and the office.
About the Team
The Enterprise Procurement & Product Management Team is responsible for the strategic delivery, support, and optimisation of enterprise-wide products. We focus on user enablement, change management, and continuous improvement to ensure our products deliver real value across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and product-related events
Maintain team documentation including product backlogs, action trackers, release calendars, stakeholder registers and product artefacts
Assist with internal comms, presentations, and stakeholder updates
Help gather, collate, and organise feedback or requests from stakeholders and users
Support the upkeep of help content and internal knowledge base
Assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and executive updates
Track and follow up on assigned actions to keep delivery moving smoothly

Qualifications & Skills
Tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
Experience in a support, coordination, or admin role within a corporate or professional services environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with documentation or task-tracking tools
Ability to prepare meeting packs, stakeholder updates, or summary materials clearly and efficiently
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different levels and workstreams
Quick to pick up new systems and able to follow processes with care and attention
