About this role
This isn't your typical product design role. You won't just be optimising flows, you'll be inventing entirely new ways for customers to connect with our brand within the product experience. A storyteller at heart. You are bold, not afraid to push creative boundaries and challenge the status quo. You’ll have the freedom and support to help define and translate our creative vision directly into the customer experience, building creative systems that are not only functional but also deeply memorable and emotionally resonant.
Key responsibilities

  • Define and evolve a cohesive product creative system covering everything from micro-interactions and animations to brand visuals and in-product storytelling
  • Craft compelling creative concepts with an in-depth understanding of customer needs to amplify the overall experience
  • Translate brand and product concepts into system level details for adoption into the component library, with clear guidance to empower product teams
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that guide customers through product propositions, features and functionalities
  • Proactively identify opportunities to help improve our brand and visual language to further enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for product initiatives
  • Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers and brand teams to bring creative visions to life through regular feedback sessions
  • Be an advocate for creative thinking within the product organisation, helping others to think more creatively and strategically about the customer experience

At Stake, we’re interested in your attitude. If you believe this is a role you want to jump into, please apply and let us know why in your cover letter!
Benefits of working at Stake
You’ll have the opportunity to work with autonomy while learning from some of the best talent in the industry. You’ll play a meaningful role in building a company that has loads of positive momentum and excitement around it. Having said that, we also have perks.

Please see on our Careers website the list of benefits under our Grow with Stake program. They include:

  • Professional development allowance
  • Wellbeing allowance
  • Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Childcare allowance
  • Extra paid leave during tough times
