Position Summary

We have an opportunity for a Product Executive to join Samsung Electronics Australia. In this role you will Support the Home Appliance category with consolidated profit, market share, demand planning, price/product roadmap and the execution of local market strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

•    Support the launch and day to day management of HA category products within the Australian market place 
•    Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap, working with Samsung Electronics VD Head Quarters to ensure outcomes and ranging in line with business requirements 
•    Support the demand planning and supply chain management to ensure stock profile and supply chain meets the requirements of the business. 
•    Assist internal subject matter expert for all pricing and competitive analysis relating to the category 
•    Coordinate pricing inputs and assist in the preparation and tracking of the pricing roadmap. 
•    Collaborate on Marketing Communications to develop communication, promotional, training and display outcomes in line with brand leader.

Skills and Qualifications

•    Proven relevant experience, preferably in a product specialist or assistant product manager role
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills 
•    Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment 
•    Creative, resourceful and meticulous 
•    High level of business acumen with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business 
•    You have the ability to accurately forecast and are analytical by nature

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
