About the Role

At GN Hearing, we make life sound better. We combine advanced technology, audiological expertise and deep customer insight to create hearing solutions that change lives.

Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a Product Launch Manager to own and drive product launches across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will own the planning, coordination and execution of all activities needed to bring new products and product updates successfully to market.   You will lead cross-functional launch projects, working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Support and global teams, ensuring we launch on time, on strategy and with a strong post-launch follow-through.

This is a permanent full-time role based in North Ryde (with hybrid work flexibility), reporting to the General Manager ANZ, with some national and international travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all ANZ product launches and product-related projects, from initial strategy through post-launch hypercare

  • Build and manage go-to-market plans, tracking tasks, timelines, risks and dependencies

  • Partner with the Product Manager to align with the GN Hearing product roadmap and build the ANZ launch calendar.

  • Lead strategic planning meetings with the Product Launch Project Team prior to each launch.

  • Create local Solution Overviews and tailored launch plans for ANZ channels/brands.

  • Lead the local hypercare process post-launch, using data (Customer360, marketing activation data, stakeholder feedback) to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

  • Champion Asana as our project management tool, including building high-quality project templates and training colleagues.

  • Define objectives and KPIs for each launch and report progress to the ANZ leadership team.

  • Ensure launch activities align with GN’s Quality Policy, ISO 13485 and our Quality Management System.

About You
You bring a unique blend of product management / product launch experience, and you enjoy working at the intersection of technology, customers and commercial outcomes.

Essential experience and skills

  • At least 2 years of product management or product launch experience.

  • Proven experience leading product launches and go-to-market projects (e.g. launch planning, cross-functional coordination, hypercare).

  • Solid project management experience, ideally in healthcare/medical devices.

  • Strong presentation skills, including presenting to larger groups.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills – ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

  • Strong numerical ability and experience with budgets and Excel.

  • Demonstrated sales skills and comfort working with commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related fields.

  • Desirable: Documented training in project management.

Why this role?

In this role, you will have a direct impact on how GN Hearing’s product innovations reach customers and end-users across ANZ, working closely with ANZ leadership, local teams and global functions. You will also have the opportunity to shape and continuously improve our launch processes and ways of working, including how we use tools like Asana to drive smarter, more effective execution.

Why GN?

At GN Hearing, you will work in our new, state-of-the-art office designed to help you do your best work – with great amenities and modern, flexible spaces that encourage collaboration, innovation and connection. You’ll be part of a fun, supportive team that’s genuinely transforming lives through the power of sound, while enjoying great perks like our Hear-O-Hub rewards platform, generous product discounts, wellbeing programs, social events and recognition initiatives. With easy access to public transport and secure onsite parking, plus a culture that values curiosity, continuous improvement and personal growth, it’s a place where you can feel proud of the impact you make every day and excited about where your career can go.

If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you!
