The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and diligent professional focused on coordinating the complete cycle of product development and management to join our ANZ Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end product lifecycle activities, ensuring seamless execution from new product introduction through to retirement.
You will play a meaningful role in maintaining operational readiness, driving data governance excellence, and aligning collaborators across the business. As a subject matter expert in product and master data, you will help ensure robust systems, processes, and controls are in place to support high-quality, compliant operations.
About You
You are a diligent and collaborative supply chain professional with a strong understanding of managing the entire product development process and master data governance. You bring experience working with ERP systems (ideally JDE) and have a proven track record to manage complex product changes across cross-functional teams. With excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, you can effectively coordinate multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You are proactive in identifying risks, confident in navigating regulatory and quality requirements, and committed to maintaining high standards that support patient safety, operational efficiency, and business continuity.

Responsibilities
Manage and direct the complete NPI and product lifecycle processes throughout the ANZ logistics and distribution operations
Act as the voice of Supply Chain, identifying risks, constraints, and readiness requirements early
Facilitate cross-functional forums to ensure alignment on lifecycle decisions
Manage project timelines, ensuring coordination and timely delivery
Drive product setup and readiness (item creation, master data, packaging, capacity)
Manage phase-in/phase-out, dual running, and product discontinuation to minimize risk and waste
Support portfolio optimization through rationalization and lifecycle decisions
Perform supply chain impact evaluations for product and regulatory adjustments
Define and maintain data governance frameworks, standards, and processes
Reinforce data ownership across functions while governing processes and controls
Coordinate NPC integration and maintain accurate documentation and traceability
Drive data quality through audits, benchmark tracking, and reporting
Coordinate readiness activities including item setup, planning parameters, and distribution requirements.
Identify and manage supply chain risks related to product and data changes
Ensure all activities meet regulatory, quality, and internal compliance standards
Develop dashboards and standard reports to support decision-making.
Key Requirements
Tertiary degree Supply Chain, Business, Data, or a related fields
Proven experience in supply chain, product lifecycle, or master data governance positions
Experience in NPD/NPI, product lifecycle management, or change management
Experience operating within ERP environments (JDE preferred)
Proven experience in process improvement, data-driven decision making, and collaborator engagement
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (preferred)
Proficient to advanced abilities in Excel
Knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks
Lean Six Sigma (desirable)
Proficient in GS1 National Product Catalogue (NPC)
Intermediate skills in Reporting tools (TM1, DAS8 or equivalent)
Intermediate skills in PIM systems (e.g., Riversand)
Steltix DropZone experience good to have.
