Lead the creation of marketing materials, including strategy documents, branding content, and user-centric documentation that communicates product vision effectively. Apply a data-driven analytical approach to solve complex product challenges, leveraging engineering principles for effective solutions. Develop comprehensive technical documentation that clearly communicates product specifications and supports alignment with technical teams. Manage the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective communication of progress using tools like PowerPoint and Excel. Engage directly with high-volume data environments, focusing on data integration, analytics, and visualization. Establish and execute data integration requirements across multiple sources to ensure data consistency, reliability, and accessibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Sr. Product Associate, Sr. Strategy Associate, Lead Solution Advisor, Marketing Associate, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: using PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and reporting; producing strategic documents and marketing materials. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: using SQL or Python for large-scale data handling, analyzation, and integration of data from relational databases. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: creating interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, or Microsoft Power BI. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: extracting data using SQL, performing analysis, and presenting business insights effectively through dashboards; performing strategic analysis by integrating user and market research findings; competitive intelligence gathering; agile methodologies, including writing Epics and user stories using JIRA and JIRA Align for clear communication of product requirements; conducting user research, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement to drive product development; coordinating across engineering, business, risk, and finance teams to ensure cohesive product strategies align with the product operating model.
