About the role

The Aussie Product Team is responsible for delivering and iterating on products that support the Australian home loan journey. These include General Insurance (Allianz), Asset Finance (Platform Finance), My Protection Plan (ALI), Deposit Bonds (Deposit Assure), and Aussie Conveyancing (Settle Easy).

We’re looking for a mid-level Product Manager to join us on a 6-month contract. This is a project-focused role where you’ll manage existing Aussie products, strengthen partner relationships, and support the delivery of initiatives that will help set us up for long-term success.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, balancing day-to-day execution with partner and governance requirements.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery and operations of Aussie’s partner-led products.
  • Support partner relationships to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritise, and deliver product initiatives within the contract period.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, governance processes, and reporting.
  • Use data and insights to track performance and guide continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and communications are managed effectively.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role (Financial Services or Home Loans experience is a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including third-party partners.
  • Ability to deliver in a fixed timeframe, managing competing priorities.
  • A data-driven approach with comfort using metrics to inform decisions.
  • A proactive, hands-on style and willingness to dive into the details.
