About you
You are a strategic and data-driven Product Manager passionate about shaping AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges. You thrive in cross-functional environments, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable product roadmaps. You are curious, collaborative, and comfortable navigating between business, data, and technology teams to deliver products that blend innovation, usability, and measurable impact.
You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with exposure to AI, data science, or machine learning products.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong experience in transforming complex business requirements into actionable product features.
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools and frameworks.
- Experience working on mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and user-centric products.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and data architecture principles is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, working closely with US-based teams.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
- Translate business needs and stakeholder requirements into clear Epics, User Stories, and product roadmaps — with a focus on AI and data analytics integration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to ensure product goals are met.
- Drive Agile discovery and delivery processes, ensuring alignment between product vision, user needs, and business outcomes.
- Leverage AI, analytics, and user research to make informed product decisions and optimize performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and product functionality using emerging AI technologies.
- Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of innovation, iteration, and learning within the product team.
