The Opportunity:
We're looking for a motivated Product Manager to help shape and grow our DeFi & Earn product suite. From staking and yield farming to new ways users can earn on-chain, you’ll play a key role in defining and delivering products that drive real impact. You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance to ship secure, user-first features that push the space forward.
This is a great opportunity to deepen your experience in DeFi while contributing to meaningful, high-impact product work.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for DeFi/Earn products such as staking, yield farming, and liquidity mining.
Support the definition and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of secure and compliant products.
Participate in market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to inform product decisions.
Contribute to product discovery, grooming, sprint planning, PRD creation, and retrospectives
Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Stay informed about DeFi trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and provide updates.
Qualifications:
3 years of product management experience, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries.
Good understanding of decentralized finance concepts and ecosystem.
Experience supporting end-to-end product development and delivery.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to use data to support product decisions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passionate about blockchain technology and decentralised finance.
