About the role:

A key role within the Digital Systems team, the Product Manager – Digital Systems is the primary contact for our bespoke digital software suite (KIS) both locally and with our corporate head office in Paris.

Leading a team of 2 specialists, who manage the quality assurance testing for applications and provide end user support, you’ll be responsible for the strategic delivery of KIS, from designing the product roadmap from conducting feature scoping through to completion.


A Day in the Life:

Whilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:

  • Coaching and development of the team
  • Responsible for the operation, testing, deployment and enhancement of the KIS product suite
  • Facilitate end user support creating an expertise hub for the ANZ region ensuring resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Ideate, scope and develop new capabilities in line with the technology and business requirements
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Systems to deliver the strategic vision for the digital domain
  • Support the growth of digital assets ensuring the team configures all new assets ready for production.
  • Supports implementation and championing of new digital projects and deliverables.

 

About You:

You will have a deep understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies as well as the agility to understand the digital domain here at JCDecaux.


  • Demonstrated experience in product management or related roles.
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to various audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and driving growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
