Product Manager, Digital Experiences (Devices)

Help build smarter connected therapy experiences.

This role supports the development and delivery of data-driven solutions across device and cloud platforms. You will help shape features and services that improve therapy adherence, clinical effectiveness, and provider insights. You will work closely with product managers, data science, engineering, clinical, and design teams to turn user needs, data, and strategy into clear product requirements and delivered outcomes. This role suits someone who wants to grow their product craft in a highly technical, impact-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build a strong understanding of patient, provider, and operational needs across the therapy and device experience.

  • Support user research, data analysis, and insight synthesis to inform feature design and prioritisation.

  • Interpret product, clinical, and behavioral data to understand therapy outcomes and adoption patterns.

  • Help define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for device and cloud-based features.

  • Support discovery by framing problems, documenting insights, and validating assumptions.

  • Translate product direction into clear, actionable inputs for engineering and cross-functional teams.

  • Partner with engineering and design during delivery to support prioritisation, sprint planning, and execution.

  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, testing, and readiness across new features and services.

What You Bring

  • Product management experience, or experience from a closely related field.

  • Interest in data-driven products and digital health solutions.

  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to learn from data and user insights.

  • Comfort working with technical teams and curiosity about how systems, models, and services work.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • A relevant degree is preferred, including engineering, data science, computer science, health sciences, or a similar field.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to digital health or connected product environments.

  • Experience working with both device and cloud-based product experiences.

What Sets You Apart

  • Curiosity - Ask thoughtful questions, explore the data, and keep learning as the product evolves.

  • Ownership mindset - Take responsibility for moving work forward and helping teams stay aligned.

  • Collaborative approach - Work well across disciplines and contribute positively to shared outcomes.

  • Clarity in ambiguity - Help turn incomplete information into practical next steps.

  • Growth orientation - Seek feedback, build judgment, and continuously improve how you work.
