Join our team on a Fixed Term Contract and help us instill buyer confidence in property, while spotlighting quality builders through trusted, data-driven ratings. The Product Manager (iCIRT) will be responsible for formulating, delivering and managing product strategy, go-to-market planning & execution, product collateral, sales enablement, product marketing, portfolio management and governance.
This solution is experiencing strong growth, and is focused on delivering a world-class, customer-centric and innovative delivery model for the provision of iCIRT rating services.

What you’ll do 

  • Support Growth: Drive market expansion and retention through effective  strategies and product optimisation.

  • Growth Marketing: Oversee marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, social media, email) to drive customer engagement and conversion. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and high-quality insights.

  • Performance Management: Monitor product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.

  • Website Optimisation: Ensure optimal website performance and user experience for subscription sign-up and management.

  • Data Analysis: Utilise data and analytics to track product performance and identify trends.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams.

What experience you need 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated delivery of new product innovation, product launches, industry engagement and product marketing initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong active listening skills, with an ability to influence conversations to achieve appropriate outcomes.

  • Ability to clearly formulate and articulate complex problems and processes into targeted customer value propositions.

  • Well developed project management, organisation and task coordination skills.
