What you'll be doing

  • Product development: Identify key points of differentiation and articulate.
  • Contribute to the development of Product Roadmap.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the portfolio.
  • Independently identify and drive internal activities that enhance the profitability, efficiency and automation of the Data product portfolio. 
  • Facilitate product training and education and awareness (network, competitive intelligence, technology, Market positioning, Market Messaging) within the company. 
  • Manage the cost structure and positioning of the product portfolio.
  • Work with Marketing for Product Collateral content development and maintenance.

Experience and Skills Required

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Product Manager / Product Owner role
  • Proven experience delivering new product development and managing product lifecycles
  • Background in cyber security, networking, SASE, gateway or secure connectivity technologies
  • Experience working closely with Architecture or Solution Engineering teams
  • Strong commercial capability including business cases, pricing and portfolio profitability
  • Exposure to automation, orchestration or managed service environments highly regarded
  • Understanding of the Australian Government environment and regulatory frameworks such as PSPF and ISM (highly desirable)
  • Australian Citizen with an active Australian Government security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one

  • Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering (Telecommunications) or a related discipline preferred
