As a Senior Product Manager – Knees & Revision, you will be at the forefront of shaping Stryker’s knee and revision portfolio. You will drive strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and develop marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute key marketing strategies, including strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans.
  • Identify emerging customer needs and market trends to drive product and program improvements.
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize commercial success.
  • Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Accurately forecast resource needs and establish key performance metrics.
  • Lead with financial acumen, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive accountability for high-quality results with passion and energy.
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to advance business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry thought leaders and stakeholders

Who you are:

Required experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6+ years of work experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years of experience in medical devices, marketing, or sales.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
