What you’ll do
- Develop and execute key marketing strategies, including strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans.
- Identify emerging customer needs and market trends to drive product and program improvements.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize commercial success.
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
- Accurately forecast resource needs and establish key performance metrics.
- Lead with financial acumen, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive accountability for high-quality results with passion and energy.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to advance business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry thought leaders and stakeholders
Who you are:
Required experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of work experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
Preferred experience
- 3+ years of experience in medical devices, marketing, or sales.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
