About the Team 

The Mobile App squad is a dynamic, fast-paced team that thrives in a product-led environment. This newly created role is designed to support buying, owning, and broking initiatives, with a primary focus on driving the vision and evolution of the Aussie Mobile App. 

About the Role 

We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering mobile app initiatives and achieving results in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development and the ability to take ownership of the entire product lifecycle— from ideation to delivery and beyond.

Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will: 

  • Lead the mobile app cross-functional product team. 
  • Partner with engineering, design, and QA to ensure efficient sprint planning, on-time feature releases, and rapid iteration based on feedback. 
  • Sett the product vision and strategy to deliver on Lendi Group’s objectives of driving customer demand into our Broker and Buyer’s Agent channels. 
  • Guiding the team through all stages of product development, from ideation and continuous discovery to execution and optimisation. 
  • Deliver an exceptional mobile app experience that meets customer needs, exceeds expectations, and achieves Lendi Group’s business objectives. 
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to prioritise high-impact initiatives and ensure alignment with Lendi Group’s broader strategy. 
  • Prioritise features and collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. 
  • Measure and optimise the app's performance to meet both business and customer needs over the long term.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful mobile apps, excellent strategic and analytical skills, a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences, and the ability to guide teams through the product development process. 

  • 3+ years of proven experience in building mobile app products either as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst. 
  • Product leadership skills, including guiding teams through discovery, delivery, and optimisation, and navigating ambiguity. 
  • Ability to translate product outcomes into measurable business value and track key analytics effectively. 
  • Passion for designing intuitive, user-friendly products with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles. 
  • Results-driven approach focused on delivering incremental value while balancing competing priorities. 
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across various internal business units.
