Your work directly supports Civica’s vision of becoming a global GovTech champion, strengthening the digital foundations that enable providers to deliver safe, effective, and person‑centred services.

This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, values clarity, and is motivated by meaningful impact. You will be surrounded by collaborative teams, supported by strong leadership, and empowered to drive outcomes that continuously improve the Carelink experience for customers across Australia.
