You will lead our payment hardware portfolio owning the strategy, roadmap, and performance of all physical payment devices across our merchant ecosystem.

Be across emerging hardware technologies, and evolving use cases. Evaluate and pilot innovation with a focus on commercial value.
Customer Experience Design: Work with our channel partners, design, and CX teams to continuously improve merchant experience across the full device lifecycle — from onboarding to troubleshooting, and create innovative market leading customer experiences in store.
Product Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our payment terminal fleet, from selection and certification through to rollout and decommissioning.
Vendor Management and operations: Oversee key relationships with vendors. Manage performance, roadmap alignment, SLA compliance, and commercial negotiation. Work closely with the team that oversee hardware operations, terminal forecasting and budgeting. Participate in forecasting of terminal demand and associated hardware budgets, ensuring appropriate stock levels, minimal waste, and cost efficiency.
Compliance & Security: Ensure devices and vendors meet PCI and scheme mandates. Collaborate with risk and compliance teams on certifications, audits, and risk management.
Proven experience in hardware design, manufacturing and distribution.
